Built Daily
LiveA workout tracker that rewards showing up, not optimizing.
Most fitness apps are built for people who already know what they are doing. Built Daily is for everyone else — log a workout in under a minute, see that you have been consistent, and keep going.
Who it’s for
Beginners and returning lifters who want to build a habit before they worry about periodization.

The problem - Why this needs to exist
Serious apps are intimidating
Asking someone on week two to think about volume landmarks and RPE is a good way to make them quit in week three.
Logging takes too long mid-set
If recording a set is slower than doing the next one, the log stops getting filled in and the streak dies with it.
Progress is invisible early on
The first months are when motivation is most fragile and the numbers move least — so consistency itself has to be the thing you can see.
What it does - The shape of it
Fast mobile logging
Sets, reps and weight recorded in a flow designed for one hand between sets, from an exercise catalog and reusable templates.
Progress you can actually see
Body weight, history and streaks presented so that turning up three times a week reads as the win it is.
Accountability groups
Share progress with a small group, or an opt-in public profile, without turning training into a social network.
Log workouts by chatting with Claude
A built-in MCP server lets Claude read and record your workouts directly, authenticated with a personal token you generate and can revoke.
Work with us
Need a website built, or one you already have kept alive?
We take websites end to end — design, build, hosting, and the ongoing updates most people would rather not think about. One engineer and one designer, so you are never explaining the same thing twice.
Running a volunteer or community organization?
We do that work for free when we have the time — websites, photo and video. Say hello and tell us what you are working on.
